The Powerhouse Hitter is a baseball and softball batting trainer kit that was created and modified from one of our top selling products, The Acceleration Speed Cord. Each kit comes with 2 bungee speed cords, 1 adjustable belt, (3 sizes, Small, Medium, and Large) 1 Kinetic Bands Lower Body adjustable Leg Strap, 2 Anchor Straps, and 1 Hand Assistor Strap to use with a partner. Simply attach 1 speed cord to the belt and one speed cord to the leg strap which should be attached around the back leg just above the knee or lower thigh. Attach both ends of the cords to a sturdy fence or pole using the anchor straps and set up at desired level of resistance (up to 20 feet) away from the anchored cords. The cords will help keep the hitter's back leg and body back to promote good form while swinging the bat. The resistance cords will help achieve maximum power, explosion, and hip drive.
