This 33.5" training mitt is the one everyone has been talking about. Pocket awareness is the key to accurate receiving, quick transfers, and manipulating the zone in your favor. The hole is just big enough for a baseball and is located where one should receive the ball. Working up through the zone, the goal is to cleanly pocket the ball in the net.
